A volunteer will be called need-based to help with interpreting. Usually this is to accompany a person who does not speak Slovenian to attend health professional's appointments (doctor, dentist, optician,..) or to help at other administrative appointments.

It takes place outside so it can be done during Covid restrictions, if a specific job requires it work is also done with the help of boats. The work is not complicated and is non repetative and includes a lot of fresh air. Jobs may also include work connected to tourism but in a fairly small scale.
